2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing https://guidekart.in or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase from GuideKart. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

4. Nature of our products

All products offered on GuideKart are digital downloadable files (typically PDF ebooks and guides). There is no physical product. No item is shipped.

5. Product descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately, including its format, approximate length and content summary. Colours and appearance on your screen may vary slightly from the sample images.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the product page and at checkout. The price displayed at the time of order is the final price for that order. Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, netbanking and other supported methods.

7. Taxes

Prices displayed are the final amount charged unless the checkout explicitly shows a separate tax line. GuideKart may charge applicable taxes if and when it becomes registered under the relevant law.

8. No physical shipping

Because all products are digital downloads, no physical item is dispatched and no shipping charges apply.

9. Digital delivery

After a successful payment, a secure download link is shown on the payment success page and sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Delivery is usually instant and may take up to 15 minutes in rare cases. See the Digital Delivery Policy for full details.

10. Your responsibility to provide correct details

You are responsible for entering a correct email address (and phone number, where requested) at checkout. If delivery fails because incorrect details were entered, please email [email protected] from the address you actually own so we can help.

11. Personal-use licence

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GuideKart's ebooks, text, illustrations and downloadable files are original content owned by or lawfully licensed to GuideKart. A completed purchase grants the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product. Redistribution, resale, public uploading, reproduction for commercial use or sharing of download links is prohibited.

12. Intellectual property

The GuideKart name, wordmark, website design, and product content are the intellectual property of GuideKart or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

13. Prohibited use

14. Refunds and cancellations

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after successful delivery. Please read our full Refund and Cancellation Policy.
