Digital Delivery Policy

GuideKart is owned and operated by Ritesh Gupta. All products sold on GuideKart are digital files delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charges apply.

How delivery works

After a successful payment, we deliver the product in two ways:

1. A download link is shown on the payment success page.
2. An email containing the same download link is sent to the address you entered at checkout.

Delivery is usually instant and may take up to 15 minutes in rare cases. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct and monitored by you.

If the email does not arrive

If you do not receive the download email within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and contact [email protected] using the same email address and phone number entered during checkout.

About your download link

The link you receive expires after a configured period and can be used a limited number of times. This is a normal anti-abuse measure and is not a restriction on your right to keep the file. As soon as you receive the link, please open the file and save a local copy on your device. If your link expires or reaches its download limit before you can save the file, email [email protected] from the purchase address and we will regenerate a fresh link for you.

Redelivery and technical support

If the download does not work, the file appears corrupted, or your original link is no longer available, please contact [email protected] with your order number. We can resend the email or regenerate the link at no additional cost.

Sharing is not permitted

Your download link is personal to your order. Please do not share it publicly or forward it to others. Public sharing may lead to the link being revoked. See our Terms and Conditions for the full personal-use licence.
